Hair in the Drain

Unique thing I did for the day: Bathed my dogs in a hotel bathtub.

Not proud of what I did but they smelled. Bad.

Welp a nice bath & some shower to shower hopefully fixed the smell. Now I can concentrate on my interview tomorrow D:

You and Me and That Clingy Transfer Student

Not sure why I keep watching You and Me. It's slow as shit and I have no interest really in any of the main characters save the guy with glasses (and he's always kicked to the background). Yet here I am on episode 3. I blame the fact it's free on Crunchyroll. Who doesn't want to take advantage of free shiz?

The episode focuses on a new transfer student who takes a shine to one of the twins. Apparently the two met each other as kids but Yuki doesn't remember anything. The whole episode is about the blonde transfer student clinging to Yuki like a wet towel, hoping he'll remember him. Which he does eventually. Apparently the two met for a day and that's it. For the transfer student, that was like...the greatest moment in his tiny life. For Yuki...the transfer student was just some guy he met at the park and hung out with xD The episode ends with the transfer student joining the main cast's group...along with that little bitch from episode #2 :/ Yeah, I'm sad to report she's still hanging around.

"Words are useless until the other party listens." <- quote from glasses guy. So true.

I like the notes I made while watching:

(this was during the beginning of the episode when the transfer student first recognizes Yuki as the kid from his past. He grabs Yuki and puts his face like inches from Yuki's. No one is too freaked out about the incident save Yuki)

"Lol wtf let me grab you and shove my face in your face. It's ok, people. I'm a transfer student." xD

Propane Tanks Part I (The Dead Island Journals)

Since I've already beaten Dead Island, I'm doing in this second play through what I didn't get to do in my first run: act like an idiot 8D My current obsession? Propane tanks. Here is how I usually react when I see a propane tank:

Yes, I grab propane tanks and carry them with me. Now you may be wondering, why the fuck would you do that? The only use propane tanks have is blowing up zombies when shot. Well, I have news for you. Throwing them at zombies is greatly entertaining:

Why yes, I do have problems :) But at least I'm having fun!

The Dead Island Journals

Welp, my friend Cree said to me today on the phone: "You need to blog about you and Naoko's adventures playing Dead Island. Kinda like what you used to do with ZOMG."

Me: ...I see no reason why I shouldn't comply with your request.

THUS BEGINS MY BLOGGING ADVENTURES AS SAM B FROM DEAD ISLAND!

Little back story:

I've already beaten Dead Island (lol wtf I was about to put Zombie Loan xD) but my friend Naoko recently picked up the game for the PS3. From experience, I knew playing the game was more fun with others than alone. As I told another friend: "Alone, you're just getting raped. But with friends, you all go down together! 8D" Thus why I am playing the game again.

My character was originally the shanking chick but another friend who also recently started has that character. Not wanting to have two of the same characters in the same game (and also because my shanking chick is like lvl 50 lol), I switched instead to Sam B (because hell if I'll play as that wannabe ninja football player. He's dumb.). In case you don't know what Sam B looks like, here's a picture (for some reason, my friends are greatly amused that I am playing as Sam B. Not sure why):

Heaven's Will (Spoilers)

My first manga blah on Untara Kantara x3 Yayyyyyy! Has spoilers in it!!

How do I get job experience when there are no entry level jobs?

Well, talk about depressing. My dad went to see an old friend of his yesterday. They talked about life and what not. Typical catch up stuff. When they got to talking about their kids, my dad learned something interesting. Turns out ol' boy's kid went through the same situation I am currently in.

Two years ago, he graduated from college with a degree in Business Engineering (I believe that's what it was called) but he couldn't find employment in his field. He looked around pretty much everywhere for those TWO years before saying fuck it and joined the military. When I heard about what the son went through, it made me depressed for what the future will throw at me. I mean, it's been almost 6 months for me since I graduated and I haven't had much luck in the job search either. You'd figure with a Bachelors in Biology and a Masters in Forensic Science, I'd be able to gain some form of employment as a DNA Analyst. But unfortunately, the economy has stopped the government from creating entry level employment. It's cheaper to just keep the experienced workers around for a bit longer.

Damn this of lack of experience shit. How can I get experience if there are no entry level jobs to give me said experience? Really... :/

~

My dad mentioned a new approach to finding a job - calling local paternity labs and asking them point blank if they have any openings. He reckons some of the labs may not advertise job openings online. I decided to give his plan a shot. Heck, what do I have to lose? I called my first location an hour ago (after giving myself a pep talk xD Lol why am I so nervous to talk with strangers!?). Unfortunately, they didn't have any openings but asked for my resume if anything should open. I'll send my resume but I'm not seeing much happening. Meh, one rejection isn't the end. You have to try to see if it'll work! It's like that guy on tv said when he didn't get a lot of fish but another boat near him did: I'm not discouraged because I'm probably next in line to get a big catch like him! 8D Oh you optimistic Japanese man! Thanks for giving me the drive to continue my search :)

I'm very thankful to my dad for helping me out during this stressful time. He could have kicked me out and said good luck at McD's but instead gave me a roof over my head and food to eat ;____; Thanks dad! I won't give up!

You and Me and that Little Bitch

Man, I have become an unfeeling bastard. I felt no sympathy for that girl (Masaki) in ep 2 of You and Me. She's gets pissy when people help her yet she's all PEOPLE ALL IGNORE ME WAHHHHH! Well, then maybe you shouldn't slap people's hands away when they're trying to help you stand up after you took a tumble? Maybe you shouldn't treat people like a dick? MAYBE YOU SHOULD STOP BEING A TSUNDERE ASS TO ANYONE THAT LOOKS YOUR WAY!

And wtf Shun. Oh, I have more bandaids so I may chase you again! Like, let's ignore the fact you bullied me, got me in trouble with my school, and threw a rock at my friend's head. You were just starved for attention so that makes everything okay.

Shun...no.

(is it bad that I was secretly thinking: SLAP HER! SLAP HER ALL OVER TOWN! Then you can give her the shojo speech to make her see the light. But, I just need this slap to happen!!!).

Nice to see the episode ended without her apologizing for her acts :/ No need to say sorry about injuring my friend's skull. It's cool. You're a tsundere so it's all good.

Quotes from Crunchyroll that made me lol:

"this is one stupid ass episode.....  "

"That little bitch :X"

"seemed okay but now it's leaning more on the homo side"

"this anime is really funny at times and then other times its kinda homo ill watch a lil more though to see what happens"

"wtf with the cats?"

"Wow she's hella annoying"

"she's irritating....do you usually hit ppl who help you???"

" don't get why the heck she's pissed at people helping her >_>"

"Shun seems to be the only one that doesn't look like he's bored with life lol"
